        Nice hotel great staff and great coffee too.. Rooms are very nice and roomie location was great too

        I knew it would be older and a bit more run down but I did not understand that there was no room service only a towel exchange which means they dont step foot in your room. Ive stayed in crappier places and still got room service. Nearby activities: The positive is that it was close to everything

        The service is as cheap as this hotel. The woman with the red hair at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. The incidental fee is $100 which is ridiculous for this type of hotel, the incidental fees are ridiculous. Make sure you read all of their signs at the front desk. It is extensive. there is no breakfast if thats what youre looking for. If youre a woman and you need a towel for your hair and a towel for your body make sure you ask for extra towels at the front desk desk even though she will tell you that there is four in the room theres only 2 big towels. We wanted to stay an extra night on Hilton head and decided to change hotels.

        Rooms: The room was ok , clean , but definitely has a mouldy smell, carpet looks old . Bed was comfortable, bathroom needs to be updated .

      As explained at check-in, for the shorter stays, we service as per the Wyndham Green initiative on the 3rd day, unless requested otherwise. The weekend 2 night stays like yours, we don't unless requested ahead of time. We do, as you mentioned, offer a towel exchange for the entire stay. Thank you!

      Thank you for your review... the FD attendant (who everyone loves) was merely explaining the incidental fee to you which you obviously had a problem with as you mentioned it yourself. :-) It is a UNIVERSAL procedure used by hotels all over the world...and $100 is very inexpensive. If any damages or theft happen, usually cost the hotel more than that. To further explain this case- you booked ONE night with Expedia, a 3rd party. You paid them, they pay us. So we have NOTHING from you on file. So yes, we would definitely need a card on file (which is authorized for $100) and yes it is on the registration card you sign and because most people do not read "the fine print", we put a sign at the desk that thoroughly explains the procedure.As for the towels, if you needed more towels, we gladly hand them out at the front desk and note it in your room's file...simple as that. But when the reservation comes in as a single person there is 2 of everything in the room already :-)
