Terrible!! Aisle smells, room smells mold, old furniture, everything is old!! No everyday housekeeper, we had to use pool towels after shower because the others wasnt replaced (nobody showed to clean the room). I do not recommend at all, very poor place to stay!!!! Old stuff with bad maintenance and mold smell!!

I booked a king and was given a double. Other than this mix up everything else was fine. Location was convenient to the beach, restaurants and other activities.

Very nice. Concerns: Mattresses very soft, toilets low. My husband and I are middle age & senior citizen. Maybe some standard toilet heights would be more conducive. Rooms: Rooms were spacious and clean. For me, mattresses needed to be firmer and toilets taller. Nearby activities: Restaurants, shopping areas, & beaches were in close proximity.

Terrible front desk personnel. We arrived early and they said they would call my wife when room was ready. Never called. Came back two and a half hrs later and they gave her the key. Never explained any thing about the place. Although the couple before my wife was told everything about the place. The room they gave us is like a cheap hotel. Furniture, nothing to write home about. Sink fixtures were not clean. Room was very damp. Air conditioning constantly runs. They put us here for the Spinnaker presentation. As I told the rep, one chance to make a first impression and that failed. Although the resort in Ormand Beach Florida is a nice resort. Could use updating but nice

Good place to stay. Two pools, one indoor and one outside. They were filling up the outside pool when we got there so it was cold. The inside pool was nice and the hot tub was nice. The kids loved it. Easy place to walk to beach and Coligny or can take the free shuttle or the Breeze to get around.
