Brrakfast have their own menu. And they are all kind. Beach was clean and swimming pool was good.

I Love this place, been staying here since I was 10. Rooms need a remodel. But beyond that it is nice. They now do a 350 hold on your card, which personally I think is a little high, but hey, it gets refunded. It has a sauna and a steam-room, which no other traditional Hilton head resort has. Plan to stay here again when I do not stay at the Westin.

This is a lovely little resort! My kids had so much fun at the pool & beach, the poolside bar and service were great, and all the staff were SO NICE!!!
First things first-The hotels address will not pull up if you booked through Hilton or look it up online. We were so lost and a little irritated- called the front desk and got the corrected location. All of the staff were super friendly- check in was very quick and easy.
There are A LOT of steps, lots of going in and out, up and down, which is fine but irritating with heavy coolers and kids and grandmas. The room was clean, a little rough with the furniture (missing dresser door) but it was fine. Bathroom was extremely clean & had great fluffy towels. (THE BEST towels and pillows!)
Access to the beach was easy after you get through the confusing maze of decks and pools and side doors. Took a minute to figure out because of our lack of common sense!
The pool was packed on day one, so we rented a cabana (chairs and an umbrella)- for$150 the service was impeccable, highly recommend! its a cold week so my kids were excited about the heated poolwhich was under maintenance of course- so no go on that. Our AC was struggling to keep the room cool but the breeze from the balcony was nice!
Room service was very very prompt but the food is just meh.

This is our second year staying here, last year as a Marriott, this year as a Hilton. You can tell they did quite a bit exterior renovations, but the rooms are still dated and the cleanliness isnt that great. Our room keys never seemed to work, we switched rooms the first day since the balcony railing in room 606 is loose, then moved to room 926 and our bed broke from our kids rough housing, the door deadbolt is stuck and requires you to push it in with your thumb and hope it stays in while you close the door, the toilet paper holder broke off the wall, and the dresser handle broke off the drawer. But, all this aside, both our rooms had ocean views which is the whole reason we love staying here, you really cant beat the views from any other hotel on the beach. The outdoor pools are nice, they even have a small shallow pool for the babies, and two outdoor hot tubs that only fit like 4 adults. But there are a ton of patio loungers; an outdoor place to get drinks; beach towels, soccer balls, and basketballs for guest use; and on-site bike rentals. Also, our room (926) is the closest to the elevators and we cant hear it at all since all the elevators are set back from the rooms. Big downside is that there is not one recycling bin anywhere in the hotel.
Rooms: Old and tired. But when the maintenance guy came to fix our broken bed frame, he said they were the old wood frames (cheap particle board) and the hotel was in the process of replacing all of them. Not sure if this includes new mattresses.
Walkability: There are trails everywhere, and you can easily walk/bike 6-8 miles around the island without going on a road.
