Let me save you the trouble DO NOT stay here! Our condo was dirty, electrical outlet covers hanging off the walls (which was not good for my two year old), mold in the bathtub, sliding glass door wont lock, yard work starts at 7:00 am and is LOUD, indoor pool is disgusting with hair everywhere, outdoor pool in building one is nasty too. We had maintenance come in several times during our stay to fix issues for the condo below us, in and out for two days. The elevator doesnt work properly. The beds dont even get me started. Theyre sandy upon arrival and youd be better sleeping on the hard floor. The shuttle service doesnt run when it says it will, so we were SOL with our toddler walking the LONG boardwalk in the rain. You couldnt pay me to stay here again! So disappointed! This was our worst beach trip EVER thanks to this place! Rooms: Dirty, beds are awful, not well kept Walkability: The short walk to the beach is about 10 mins on a boardwalk with a shuttle service that runs when it wants.

I called to allow my service dog ( I am a veteran with diabetes) to be known And my room was "overbooked". I am a veteran with a service animal and only wanted to come here for my bday weekend Aug 10th through 13th.

Beautiful beaches and well worth a visit.

Outdated facilities in need of updating and or repair. Parking was far from building access with no cart availability for unloading. This isnt a resort; more accurately short stay apartment rental. Exercise equipment is outdated. Single hot tub available for entire complex. Beach access is a long walk. No washer/ dry in units; laundry room on different floor and you pay to use like a laundry mat. Given the cost, you shouldnt have to pay for anything. There are much better places to stay at this price point. I wont stay here again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful mid-island location. The option of having an indoor pool for days when you have either had too much sun or when the sun is resting is perfect! We stayed in unit 2225 and it was clean and the owner was responsive.
