First, the rooms were adequate. However there were several problems. The A/C did not work properly and would not cool to temperature setting. The lighting was pathetic and the full length mirror was useless because of the lighting. It took FOREVER for the water to get hot in both sink and shower and the water pressure in the one sink was VERY slow. The walls were paper thin and you could hear conversations in the next room. The room above apparently had several children who ran and stomped and made lots of noise. Not a pleasant stay!

So I stayed at this hotel while I was in town for work and my experience with this hotel staff was absolutely horrible. I checked out early and I was still charged an additional 3 nights. My status is a Lifetime Titanium Elite and I travel a lot and this was the worst experience I ever had with a Marriott brand hotel. I suggest if you are thinking about booking here you should definitely refrain from giving this hotel 1 cent of your money and I will never stay here ever again. I've been trying to speak with a manager for over a week now, I've left countless voicemails and they have yet to respond. I called corporate and they are dealing with this issue. Again I warn anyone who chooses to book a hotel stay at this hotel and spare you the frustration of dealing with the hotel staff. The issues I had while I was at this hotel was the staff with the exception of one person couldn't even do something as simple as print out a hotel receipt. Most of the time it's a 5 to 10 min wait to get booked in because no one is ever at the front desk. I would leave negative stars if i could. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Rooms: Rooms are small, couch is not really usable or comfortable Walkability: Off busy road. Beach is a drive away, not a walk. Noteworthy details: If your room is on back side of hotel, you overlook a sewage treatment plant
