Extremely quick & easy check in & out. The Toyota Corolla I received was clean & beautiful with only 2880 miles on it. Although I was shocked that, although a full day rental was $83 when I booked online, it cost $63 for just an extra hour.

Not sure how AVIS stays in business. If you make a reservation and it is confirmed, only to arrive at the counter and tell you that they dont have any vehicles What is the point of a confirmed reservation? Ridiculous

From the very beginning, the man at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. Next time, I will use Hertz.

Be very cautious renting here! My husband told the agent no insurance was necessary and restated this again when asked twice by the male Avis agent. He initialed all the boxes without realizing Avis agent added a yes to the personal property insurance. When we left we realized the charge was more than agreed upon price. Called Avis main office and they told us go to the airport. Drove 20 minutes to speak to the agent who started screaming at my husband. He said he could not help us and it was to bad - you should know what you signed! Call the main office. We called Avis main office and was given more misinformation. No Help here to straighten this out and ended up paying ad additional 132 in insurance we did not want. Very upset and these people are very disrespectful and apparently dont care about customer service!
