Very unprofessional an they look down on people! Cant tell you the nerve these ladies have! Very upset after I left out of their! Ill go to another location next time! Stared down once I walked in made me feel so out of place! The 2 ladys upfront keep looking at the lady in the back (manager) Manager lady came up how can I help you! Remind u at this point there isnt no one inline! How the whole thing happen was crazy! Like dang Im only here to cash a check! Ive never felt so out of place an looked down on! Remind you Im dressed in shorts an a tee shirt nothing crazy an nothing nasty! Like Ill never go back to this location! I then ask could I make or get an account here she ignore me! The whole thing was nuts an uncalled for! I did get my check cashed bc thats what I was there for!!! Thanks ladies for making someone feel so not welcome an out of place!

I have had no qualms with this branch until dealing with Alejandro. He has on one occasion refused to cash or deposit a check made out to a friend who had endorsed and in turn made the check payable to me, insisting my friend come into the branch with me (negating the purpose and expedience of a PTO).
On the second occasion, Alejandro refused me service on the basis that I was not wearing a mask, rather than asking if I had been vaccinated (this being after the CDCs announcement that those vaccinated need not continue wearing masks indoors).
Furthermore, his arrogant and snide attitude made it clear on both occasions that he is more interested in being right and having things his way rather than providing service to the customer. I have worked in restaurants for years, I know this type of employee. I would encourage the Augusta Wells Fargo branch to make more excellent choices with their hires in the future.

We have had a business account with Wells Fargo for years now and use this particular branch consistently. They are always so friendly and make the transactions quick and efficient!
