      image I have been a Wells Fargo member for decades and as a whole it's gone down hill. I can never get anyone on the phone when I call and the few times I've gone in the tellers can't answer basic questions. Considering moving business to a credit union, unfortunately.

      image Great customer service. Every time I come into this brach I am courteously greeted by Jonnathan Castaneda the branch manager. He is very knowledgeable in the work he does and always answer all our questions. Everyone else in this branch is always happy to help us the customers, they are very respectful.
