        poor company. I found out they fired one of their call center workers for simply not ending calls fast enough. Didnt give her a warning. They obviously don't care about customer service at all, i mean look at the other reviews.. It's Sad. They care more about you ending calls fast than on good terms with customers. They even said her insurace coverage ends at midnight. like what the heck? how is that even legal? She has medical issues and medications she takes but they dont care at all about their employees. Don't work here. Their loss. They lost a gem over protocols.

        I cant find My TD bank card today and went to bank. The girls at counter was so nice and made a new card for immediately. Very high quality service

        The worst customer service from a young Latina (Giselle) woman running the drive thru at 1:54pm on a Friday. She refused to deposit my money & had me sitting in the drive thru. I didnt get assistance until another girl came to ask what I needed. Never again!!
