If you are just banking this is fine but their lending department is terrible. We own a business and have looked at loans through them for a new building the rate was terrible and when we told the loan officer we were going a different route (2 percentage points lower with lower down payment too) he got angry and was very disrespectful, on top of that he signed me up for Scientology emails with his name, so unprofessional. Should have switched banks after that but had another terrible experience trying to do a home loan. If you just moved to Greenville go with a local bank but not this one.

I banked with County Bank for years, they did little more than charge me fees and never took time to work toward anything more than a cookie cutter solution to my banking needs.   All the negatives of small local bank with none of the upside.   Not recommended.

This County Bank has excellent customer service. Three employees took the time to go above and beyond their duties to solve my problem with a hold on a check from another bank.

I had been banking with County Bank for ten years and was accidentally charged twice and the company that did that issued a refund.  I called County Bank and asked if they would waive any NSF fees that I was sure to get because of this.  I was too far away (you only have a few branches) so couldn't physically go and put more money in account and a wire transfer wouldn't go through in time.  Told them that it is obvious that a couple NSF charges were more important than keeping me as a customer.  Got a call from their COO who said I should manage my money better and there is nothing he could do.  Horrible customer relations from top to bottom.
