I had to ho to this location almost 21 miles from where I needed to be off old broad river, the men working at this location where awesome as I rented the truck on line and I was informed someone would call me about rental before 2:00pm to confirm. Of course no one called, when u arrived , the nice gentleman changed my reservation to that location, after I explained that I had booked with the location only 1.5 miles away. That location didn't have what I had rented, again Noone EVER called me. I even called uhaul before I left to pick truck up, and was assured that someone would call. Needless to say they over charged me by $141.00 I turned truck in, waited for the nice men to check the truck out and even send me a copy of the charges. Once I saw what had happened I assumed it was just a mistake, however I have called and spoken to 4 different agents. Whom Are all rude and outright liars. They gave me a release code to give to my bank and my bank said that the code means nothing to them. UHAUL must release release to the 573 and put correct amount in, evy agents blamed someone eles, and refused to fix anything, they blame it on my bank. Results this is exactly how CLASS ACTION LAW suits begin. SO BE IT, IM THE FIRST WITNESS, I RECORDED EVERY CONVERSATION . CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE THE YOUNGER GENERATION, RUDE AS HELL
