I just purchased a storage unit recently and they were nothing but kind in the process. Patricia helped us with the whole process and was patient throughout since we have never purchased one before. Pleased that we used them!

Id give zero stars if I were able! No access at all. Gate code doesnt work. No way Im leaving anything behind a gate I cant access. Asked to cancel immediately. We didnt step foot in this place, but of course, according to their customer service, they dont do refunds.

UPDATED- thank you for the timely response(owner) but it isnt accurate. I attached the screenshot from your website citing 365/24/7 access. Also, my daughter was there between 8-5 with no access. Finally, your own property management company told us there was a combination lock which is not correct( see previous poster). In the spirit of solutions - update the website, enable timely access (within 10-16 minutes) if someone arrives for access. Absolutely horrible customer service and experience. Used Midway for daughters gear from USC over summer. Initial drop off went well. Second drop off had entry gate pad locked as they were fixing electronics. Daughter found a gap in fence to drop off gear. Multiple trips. Tried to work with with management on 24 hr access per contract. Management is remote and they had to reach out to local property owner. At first they denied the lock was in place then finally acknowledged it. Gave us the combination to the gate. Well when our daughter showed up to pick up her stuff after 8 hr drive the lock needed a key. She multiple trips through the gap in the fence again. Garbage organization and garbage service. Do not rent a unit from this organization. And this is our third rental with no issues at other locations.
