Public Storage

We live in a world where it is hard to find decent to outstanding customer service. Well for the past few days, the rare form of customer service has been manifested. Miss Shea Sims at Public Storage allowed me to experience genuine customer service and detailed communication. She was a breath of fresh air when it came to my storage needs and concerns. The unit I am currently renting had ceiling issues. She wasted no time getting the maintenance personnel out to fix the ceiling. As a woman of her word, she called me when the work was done. Allowing me to secure the only unit of that size left. Her spirit and attitude were very positive and genuine. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the reasonable and affordable price of the unit. I feel like my property is in good hands. Will do business with this company again. It is hard to find people who don't mind doing the little things in life.
