    Ive looked for a long time to find a treatment for my scoliosis that didnt require surgery. Im so grateful for Dr Megs expertise and unique program that allows for sustainable improvement by taking the whole body into account. She empowers her patients to take ownership of their health in the long run, so the improvements will continue and last even after the program concludes. I havent even finished the program yet and I can already attest that it works! I highly recommend working with her :)

    Review for Megan: Finding Megan has changed my life. Ive gone through physio therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, Ive worn a brace for a short period of time, Ive tried swimming, yoga, you name it! My day to day life has been focused around experiencing pain, discomfort and weakness in my body. Even though I was constantly trying to work on my scoliosis problem with various supports, it was never effective in its results or relieving pain and gaining control of my body in terms of core strength, balance and breathing. I simply didnt know I could find anything better until I started working with Megan and her program. Her program taught me more about my curve which helped me understand more about the challenges Ive been experiencing and how I can strengthen my body. Most importantly, Im able to create a consistent habit thanks to Megans program Which offers so much information on a weekly basis. The zoom group work outs are absolutely essential in order to understand what it is I am working on. Megans videos have detailed breakdowns and guidance for each exercise, she provides the perfect pacing to follow. Her instructions are always so clear. Her program is engaging in its presence, even when Im working on my own, Im able to follow her instructions clearly. I think its most practical, effective and necessary to do this type of work with a group. Im 34 and Ive spent more than 14 years trying to take care of my scoliosis challenges on my own or with various non scoliosis specific therapists and it hasnt been nearly effective as this. I wish I found this 14 years ago! I wasnt sure how zoom would work out for this type of set up at first. Now 4 weeks into the program, I cant go a single week without out. Its something I look forward to! Im so grateful I found this prpgram and Im so grateful to Megan who is making a difference in my life thanks to her work! Best, Sonia

    For YEARS I have been searching for a PT who is an expert in scoliosis, and I've finally found her! I enrolled in Dr. Meg's 6-month scoliosis group program and have been blown away by the level of detail and support in this program. She teaches everything you need to manage your specific type of scoliosis: how to elongate and adjust your spine, how to manage pain, how to sit, sleep, stand, breathe, and exercise- all while taking care of your spine. I feel like I now know how to protect my back (and prevent my curve from worsening) while I go about everyday life. I have learned ways to avoid pain and improve strength. If you have scoliosis, this program is an investment in your health and well-being for the rest of your life. Worth every single penny!

    I am 64. I developed chronic pain in my left shoulder in May 2023. it was uncomfortable to sit or stand and driving and working at the computer were extremely painful. I could not do the things I normally enjoy doing in the summer like paddle boarding, hiking and fishing. I tried everything I could think of to relieve the pain including chiropractic adjustments, massage, acupuncture, cupping, etc.. After about 2 1/2 months of suffering, with chronic shoulder pain I finally went to an orthopedic doctor that specialize in shoulders and got x-rays. He said there was nothing wrong with my shoulder but he noticed the scoliosis I had in my upper spine (which I knew I had but it had never seem to cost me any issues in the past) and said that might be the cause of my pain. He suggested I get an MRI and come back and see his partner that specializes in spine issues. I did not want to get the MRI so I started. Physical therapy and did this for about two months (which also included some cupping and, dry needling, etc.). I did not feel like the exercises they gave me Were helping the situation, and or maybe even aggravating the pain. I started doing some research online about treatment for scoliosis and came across Dr. Megs information. I decided to make the investment and join her program the beginning of September. I have learned so much about my body and my scoliosis. It has only been about six weeks and my shoulder pain is gone for the most part. It only bothers me a little bit when I overdo it. I am so grateful thankful I found Dr. Meg, I believe she saved me from possibly getting a necessary surgery. The exercises and movements that she has you do are very simple and do not take much time to do every day. I am also learning more about other things from her such as the lymphatic system. I am excited to continue working with Dr. Meg and improving my health. Thank you Dr. Meg, you are awesome!!!!

    Im writing this review a few months after completing Dr Megs virtual 6 month scoliosis program. I originally found Dr Meg on a Facebook scoliosis support group. I then discovered her FB page and Instagram and followed her learning from her free content for around 6 months. Every time she would post before and after pictures of her clients I would be in total shock and disbelief that someone could actually achieve such improvements in physical appearance and pain with scoliosis. The only thing that prevented me from taking the leap was the cost and the worry that the program wouldnt work, just like everything else Ive tried. But boy oh boy, once I finally had the courage and the money to take that leap, it was the best money Ive ever spent in my life. I would do her 6 month program again in a heart beat. Im telling everybody who has back pain about it! I have S 2/3 curves in the 30-40 degree range, wore a back brace from 6-16 years old, have tried acupuncture, chiropractic, PT, massage.. and still suffered excruciating 10/10 pain since I can remember, and it especially escalated after having my three children and nursing. But now I can happily and proudly say that after the 6 months with Dr. Meg, my pain has gone from 100% daily to maybe 0-20% daily. And for anyone with chronic scoliosis pain, you know how amazing that is!! On top of the amazing results, Dr. Meg is seriously the kindest doctor Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. She is sweet, caring, and truly listens to your concerns with sincerity. Its great to learn from someone who has scolisos herself, she just gets it. Im hoping to do Phase 2 of her program as soon as I am able, but until then, she has definitely given me the tools and knowledge Ive needed all my life to sustain my curves, and be able to live in a world without chronic pain; and for that I will always be grateful. If youre on the fence about signing up with her, just do it!!!
