I think Tom Puckhaber is just brilliant as a Physical Therapist. He knows what to do to help bring healing to your body unlike any other therapist Ive had. He stays engaged with you encouraging you along with your treatment, and is very pleasant and caring. I highly recommend him to all my friends! Go see Dr.Tom - hes the best there is!

Dr. Tom was everything I would have ever hoped for in a PT. He explained everything I needed to know and by the time my session was done I felt a lot better about my knee injury. I was shocked at how much of an effect his rehabilitation methods had on my injury. I highly recommend Dr. Tom.

I was truly in awe after leaving Palm Coast. Dr. Tom totally relieved all of the pain my daughter was having from both her hip and leg. He also advised her of exercises she can work on to increase her strength and performance. She was able to return to dance that very day- we are so grateful and would highly recommend !!

I have been going to Palm Coast for a few months and I'm so glad I finally get the relief I needed for so long!
I have terrible numbing in my hands from working in accounting at the computer all day and having a side gig in the past of a hairstylist for many years. Some days get unbearable where I can't even cut vegetables. I was recommended to go see Tom and I was so skeptical as I had never been to a physical therapist, but in hind sight I should have bitten the bullet many years ago! I come out of my session feeling pain free and it helps me so much. He also recommends exercises to get relief at home when things start to flare up and they help me until I can get to another appointment!
Tom is great, a true professional who knows what he's doing, he educates you every step of the way to make you better understand why things are happening! Go and see Tom and get back to feeling better and feeling like a new you!

Went to Tom for a lower back disc pain. The care and individual treatment I received was excellent. He focuses on the issue and understands your concerns. Tom is a physical therapist who listens and works with you. If I ever need to get treatment again,I would not hesitate going to Palm Coast physical therapy.
