        Dr. Flowers is phenomenal!!! She is such a kind person. I was a little skeptical about zoom PT, but she is such an expert that she makes it work. The program they use to share videos and exercises is wonderful and easy to use. My core strength has greatly improve, which has in turn helped my issues with my pelvic floor and IC pain. Thanks Dr. Allie!!
