This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I drove 3 hours from Charleston, WV to their shop after Matt told me they closed at 7 over the phone. I am looking for a cargo van, very hard to find! I got there at 5:07, I asked them if they took debit cards and Matt said yes. Told him wed pay in full. We were clearly ready to buy something off the lot. We spent about an hour looking at the vans they had and narrowed them down to 2 we wanted to test drive. Matt comes back while were looking at a van and says their rep that fills out paperwork left at 5 so we couldnt actually process the transaction. What?! :| Embarrassing customer service! WASTE OF TIME! AND DIDNT EVEN GET TO BUY!
