        Worst place ever to get have service done. I bought a brand new vehicle and have had nothing but problems. Newest one is the brake system is malfunctioning it applys the brake randomly with nothing there. None of the safety systems that I paid for are working. Call to get it in to service on a Monday and they can't get to it till Friday, told them I still have to get to work and I need a loaner. The service person I talked to said her only job was to schedule and that is all she was going to do. I have left the service manager a message and never got a call back. I will never buy from there again and I will make sure everyone I know does not go there.

        Went in to the Express Service for oil change and tire rotation. Done in an hour.

        Washington Honda helped me find out what was wrong with my vehicle, and repaired it yhe very next day. They knew I would be traveling and expressed that they would make sure the car was safe for me. They were all very professional and kind.
