    Bought a used CRV three years ago with an extended warranty package. Had a known issue come up with the vehicle and instead of flushing the vehicle like their service bulletin states, they replaced the heater core. I've had to take it back several times now for multiple days so they could fix it right and replace what they broke in the process. I couldn't even turn my wipers on because they messed the steering column up so bad. The dash is destroyed now and I was just told they ordered the wrong trim they needed to replace so they will need the vehicle even longer. I will never buy another car or warranty from here ever again. The inconvenience this has caused the past month is infuriating to say the least. Do yourselves a favor and say no to any extra warranty coverage they offer. Do not use their incompetent service department either. You'll regret it like I have, and they'll have your vehicle for weeks at a time as well.

    Hope the new owner cleaned house! Bought a used car 10 months ago. The sales and service were sub par. They couldnt get the title until I was willing to walk away on a cash sale. Magically, they could do it in an hour. Then, I just had a different Honda dealer tell me my tires were so old and dry rotted that they could have never passed an inspection last year. If its the previous staff, buyer beware.

    This Honda dealership is just like any other dealership youve ever heard of. They will specifically rip off people, they will lie to overcharge if they have to. For example, I bought a Honda at bel air Honda, got the maintenance package for 10 oil changes for up to 75k. My wife went in to get the routine maintenance done. Amy was the service writer. My wife asked them multiple times if our warranty would be honored at this dealership. She was assured it would. After maintenance was done, Amy plays dumb and says she didnt know my wife wanted to use the warranty to cover the oil change. My wife who is non combative just pays. She tells me later in the day and I call and cant talk to anyone except reception because they are too busy. So in short, this dealership will not honor your Hondas warranty package so think twice before buying or taking your car into service.
