After a good buying experience during my daughter first car buying we returned for our "free" lifetime inspections. They wanted to charge her $600 to replace 20 lug nuts. I took to my garage where I take my vehicles and they replaced all 20 for $40. I spoke to friend who is service manager at another dealership and he also told me replacement should be $2-$3 per lug nut. Needless to say we will never do business again.

Your site says you offer shuttle service but it doesn’t tell you that you have to physically request a pick up to get your car when done. I was assuming since I was shuttled to work someone would be picking me up. I was wrong. I had to quickly find a coworker that could bring me there before you closed at 5 or I would have to wait until the next day to pick up my car and find a ride home.
