I called Friday 6/30 and inquired about a 2001 chevrolet Silverado. I agreed over the phone to bank wire the money and received the instructions, wire information, etc. from my salesman Mason. After starting the process as agreed upon I received a call from him telling me he was sorry but someone from Wyoming was In route to pick up the truck. 3 days go by and it is still advertised showing available soil call and was told Monday evening 7/3 that it was being sold and delivered. What is going on? Reached out to Mason 2 times and no reply. Not very professional in my opinion, especially dealing with a cash buyer!

Had a car I wanted to buy but their idea of a fair deal was totally unrealistic. They should be in business to earn a living but they were too greedy! Ended up selling my car myself within 24 hours for thousands more!

My daughter found the perfect vehicle here. Our salesman was not pushy at all. He was professional, honest, and very helpful. The rest of the staff was just as great. They helped find an insurance plan that fit into the budget so my daughter was able to drive away that day. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you so much.

I am highly disappointed with this place. Ive been hunting and hunting to find a car for over two months, and I finally found one located here. We drove out to physically see it, took it for a test drive, and fell in love with it out of the gate. We did the credit applications and thats where everything halted. We know we got pre-approval from the bank/creditor, but we had to submit further documents to them, which I provided to Mason, as instructed, via email. That was the last I ever heard anything. I since have called and texted numerous times, and every time, I get told oh, we will get this information to Connie or she is getting the info to them now and we will know something shortly! And I followed up again and again and never got anything else. Its been over a week since we were told we got the pre-approval, and I submitted all the documents I needed last Wednesday (6/21) that same day. I am thoroughly disappointed by the lack of communication and that we were suddenly left in limbo for no reason. I will change this review if I get some sort of explanation as to what went wrong.
