Nice housing, but older. No central air at this time, but convenient to CMU, walking distance to downtown PGH isn't bad, and neighborhood is clean and safe.

Anyone familiar with the original Carnegie Mellon University campus design knows it is all "yellow brick". What does the Gates Center say to me? Black buildings matter.

I don't go to this school. I entered the building and a woman hit me over the head with a hammer. Would not recommend for those under 65 or over 70.

Nice place, they are working on making it nicer, better and more updated.

It's a pretty nice housing option on campus. There's four people per bathroom and kitchen, and it's right next to Scotty's market.
