The BEST BLS class ever. The process was smooth. The instructor was very patient and helpful. Id recommend everyone here if you need your certification quickly.

I paid $95 to take an American Heart Association BLS CPR class through Fragile Heart and I would NOT recommend this company. The class was conducted over zoom which I was fine with but the instructor was driving while she was teaching the course. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The customer service is extremely poor, the communication is just awful, and I was charged $160 for the CPR equipment that I did in-fact return. While I was trying to get the refund from the CPR company, they were impossible to reach and didn't seem to care or want to help me.  I even sent the company my receipt from the CPR equipment package I mailed out and I still did not receive any form of communication of the company's end. I called the company 4 times and they told me the same thing every time -- to open a dispute with my credit card company. Overall, I would NOT get CPR certified from Fragile Heart ever again.
