      image The online portion of this program was adequate. The service portion and processes of the company is abysmal. No guidance on sight as to where the hands on classes are held, No signs, No marked entrances no information to help students find the site in the building. They double billed me and we absolutely no help in fixing the issue., The customer service could not even find my registration or verify my attendance. They didn't even know that there was a class scheduled on Saturday in Pittsburgh. If all goes well, you will get certified. Just hope that you dont have any problems as I did because they were a clownish organization as far as support goes,
