Umberger Performance

I bought a Groupon because I was looking to mix up my workouts. I am really happy I did. I love the classes, they are challenging but easy to follow. The vibe is great too, everyone made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this gym if you want to increase your fitness level whatever that might be. There is a fit for everyone.

I am very impressed with the high energy atmosphere and the support that lifters give each other. That, along with high-end, custom made powerlifting equipment, including rig attachments and tools for conjugate work, Duffalo Bar, monolift, Texas Power bars, etc. Scott also has an amazing depth of knowledge and experience in the sport of powerlifting, and great connections with lifters such as Nick Showman for programming purposes. The review will not allow me to post a URL, but please search for the Elite FTS interview with Scott. This is what sold me on Umberger Performance. There are a lot of strong lifters in the Pittsburgh area, but I doubt many gyms boast someone with depth of resume such as Scott has, along with his capable staff.

I joined Umberger Performance in 2015, starting with the Befit class and progressed to the Elitefit, this gym is awesome. The trainers and class instructors are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, foster a family atmosphere for their clients and always go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They motivate you and challenge you to do your best and then some while making sure you are carrying out your workout in a safe manner. The classes offered are varied, fun and offer something for every level of ability. The costs are reasonable and very competitive for the services they provide. I always look forward to going to Umberger Performance even on the days I drag my feet to go there, I know once I get there I will be challenged. I recommend Umberger Performance for anyone looking for a new gym, you wont be disappointed.
