This place need to be shut down asap. Staff is racist they prefer to call in their own color first. They dont care about you appointment they are more worried about the people they know. Staff is rude, they dont call you by your name they use alphabet to call your name which is insulting. So loud and rude. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, very unpleasant experience. They have this Be kind logo hanging on their reception window facing towards waiting area but it should be facing towards employees. Never ever come to this place. No one was at the reception. You can hear staff doing gossip about their relationship status behind the door.
