Worst experience of any Quest locations I go to today 3 7 2022. First when I was called back as no one was at front desk I was told I couldn't be on my phone which I thought was reasonable but then told by Nancy she couldn't find my lab orders which this is the only location that can never find them as once before I was told this only to go to another location and the orders were readily available, but that's ok she said I could have the Doctors office fax them over. As I'm on hold with my Doctors office I hear her load personal call with her mother on how she feels so wronged about something with her son while getting into a shouting match with the person she called mom and whoever was in the background. My Doctors office gets on the line and confirmed that lab request was sent to Quest electronically and agreed to fax orders over so they faxed the orders and remained on the line to ensure they were received I knocked on the door to get her attention as she returned to the back to continue her conversation then came out and rudely said they didn't receive them as the person on the phone heard this went back to the fax to confirm and said she did it again and that she received confirmation that the fax went thru, so she asked me to confirm it was received, I had to knock again as she returned to the back to continue her phone call as she came to the front desk she looked at me and said yes as in how could I help you ,I replied checking to see if fax was received as I already saw fax coming in, her response was I don't know I wasn't up here rudely. Then said I had an attitude because of that exchange at which point I did get upset explaining to her I had sit here and listen to her personal call and now she doing this, mind you she's still on her cell phone call

Came 5 minutes to 12 and was told to come back after lunch. Their lunch is 12:15pm and they were rude about it.

This is the worst lab Ive ever gone to. I never leave bad reviews but my god. First I heard a lady aggressively arguing in the back, then the front desk was empty for 5 minutes since I got there- not a soul in sight. Until I had to yell were waiting and this lady came out telling me you should wait then how unprofessional and rude. Then when she finally asked me to come in she saw me she told me i should make an appointment if I dont want to (and she made the finger gesture) wait. I told her i have blue cross blue shield and she told me they dont take it and simply turned away, quickly told me to have a good day, and left me in the room. Another comment said this place was ghetto and I didnt want to believe it but my god, what a terrible experience.
