Yikes. The woman who helped me was terrible. Very rude and short. She barely spoke to me, kept talking to another employee across the room. No greeting hello to me, no greeting goodbye. Human decency isnt hard. Two stars because there was no wait, so thats nice.

I understand this is standard Quest procedure to ask patient to choose which paynment option he/she likes. But why is it necessary when patient has Medicare and Medigap (the secondary payer)? I have been asked every time to give out my credit card info and I had to tell them to bill Medicare.

I had an 11am appointment to get important blood work done. As I walked in the 2 employees notified me that appointment we not valid for the day. That they were doing first come first serve. What is the point of making an appointment then?? Seems pretty asinine if you ask me. Not only that, they were both extremely rude when they told me. I will no long be using Quest for anything!!
