Made an appointment 3 weeks before, since I was staying at the Logan. The appointment does not mean you will get tested, when you get there the staff let's you know that you have order the rapid test wait 24 hours come back and wait another 24 hours. At least have the courtesy to provide all this information before even making the appointments and wasting everyone's time.

Im going to corporate, I will notify the BBB, heck I will get the news involved. This site needs to be closed down, or undergo a revamp. They actually abuse their power here, and that is very scary when a job is at stake. I shouldnt be afraid to match the energy of nasty employees because they could ruin my job chances. I was literally told to fill my urine cup up to a certain line today, then after I spoke up about how rude my tech worker was(I couldnt understand what she was saying because she spoke so fast and rude, so I brought it up to her attention) she literally changed where my urine had to be filled to, and said I would have to dump it out..and continue to wait..just to pee again. I asked how can I wait, and give more urine when I just emptied my bladder, and the next collection would be less? Somehow this turned into refusal because of my sample wasnt enough(even tho I filled it to where she said). This woman was spiteful! Before I called her out for her rude behavior the marked line she told me to pee at was ok, and afterwards that line apparently wasnt enough. This place needs to be investigated because it wasnt just me. I witnessed them being rude to a lady who couldnt speak English well. I also didnt like that I couldnt grab my phone in the lock box before I dumped my pee so I could take a picture of the cup. I will be going to legal aide
