Staff being nice but lack of skills. I took my 1-year-old child to get blood drawn. A lady first tried to insert the needle into his left arm, but no blood came out after it went in. Then she wiggled the needle left and right to adjust its position. My child's veins are so tiny, it felt like they were being punctured repeatedly. Then she switched to the other arm, and initially, everything seemed fine. After drawing a large tube of blood, she told me there was no more blood coming out and said they needed two more large tubes of blood, asking me to go to the hospital for the blood draw. (To be honest, I've never seen such thick tubes used even during my prenatal check-ups.) She said they needed too much blood here,The hospital they only need a little bit of it.Then why didn't you tell me earlier?? She even asked if my child had drunk water. My child had just drunk 7 ounces of milk an hour ago. My child was in tears, and they took away a large tube of blood for nothing. I am extremely disappointed. Don't take your child there!
