        I'm generously giving a rating of 3 stars. The nurse practitioner was amazing. However, when I looked online and saw I had the option to walk in or make an appointment I chose to make an appointment for 5pm. Big mistake, still sat in the waiting room for well over an hour and a half before even being called into the room for Temps and blood pressure. Total time of our visit was just under 3 hours. Not a fun trip considering I had two 9 year olds who had strept throat waiting. If not for the amazing nurse I would've rated this as a 1 star. What's the point of having an appointment option if you still have to wait for that long???
