I used the online schedule for the first time and it was great, was taken in at exact time scheduled.

Linda Shearer did a awesome job keeping my daughter calm. She explained what she needed to do. Linda gave Zoe 6 staples in her scalp. She was able to distract her and de-escalate her. I could not of expected a better outcome!!!!

I waited over an hour for subpar treatment. While waiting for the Dr. the receptionist was so overwhelmed and complaining the whole time. The second second help showed up she disappeared. I understand being overwhelmed, but you still need to maintain professionalism. (swearing, texting, and using the mainline to make personal calls is highly inappropriate.) I knew I had an ear infection and was hoping to get a steroid to get the fluid out of my ear. The PA told me there wasn't anything they could do and my ears weren't showing any infection. 4 days later I ended up in the ER with a severe ear infection. Don't waste your time here.

I just had a visit at this Med Express. I was quite happy with them in the past but today was totally different. Erin, the Nurse Practitioner, was extremely rude and almost confrontational. Not helpful at all with answering any questions. I was actually shocked that someone from a medical background could talk to a patient the way she spoke to me today. Never going back. I'm not one to complain or write reviews but this time I needed to
