        There's never a banker here. I wanted to open a savings account. My problem was solved by going across the street to Citzenss Bank. They were available, kind, and extremely helpful. Not only did I open a savings account from Citizens Bank, I opened a checking as well. I'm definitely closing my Wells Fargo account. This bank is horrible.

        Wells Fargo's new protocol regarding check fraud claims is horrible - my complaint would not have been resolved had I not continuously hounded the fraud claims team for several months before recovering my stolen funds. However, I received nothing but the best service from Antoinette at this specific branch, and cannot speak highly enough of her support. She made an otherwise unpleasant experience more than bearable. One star for Wells Fargo's fraud claims process, three+ stars for Antoinette!
