You cant beat the price and location! Absolutely loved living in Rittenhouse Square and appreciated how quickly Mr. Robin and his team handled maintenance requests and any questions I had.

Weve rented from the Robin family for years. They offer affordable clean, well-maintained apts (with beautiful hardwood floors) and a maintenance staff thats second to none (not to mention theyre really nice guys!). Best and most honest landlords in Rittenhouse Square and beyond.

Renting from Robin Apartments was a great experience. They were always kind/friendly and were quick to respond to any maintenance issues (which were minimal). Affordable apartments in a great location too. Would highly recommend them to anyone renting in Center City!

I had a great experience living at Robin Apartments for multiple years. Mr. Robin and Jared were so helpful throughout my entire stay. My apartment was clean, affordable and had a great location. If there was any maintenance issues they responded promptly and professionally. I'll be forever grateful for all the years I lived there and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
