I guess I moved out at the wrong time. I do miss the neighborhood and it was 10 mins from work. Had I known they were changing I would have stayed.

When I moved into this apartment over two years ago, it was under a different management. At the time, the old management team did not seem to care about the outdated building at all. Things were literally falling apart. The elevators broke down frequently, insects were running around like the Olympics, people parked wherever they want and the laundry machines in the basement did not work properly. The list went on and on. Miraculously, things began to change when Vyneek from Montium took over the property. I noticed positive changes and great improvements to our building. I saw presence of security guards, structural improvements on a weekly basis, and the building is much cleaner. This is the result of Vyneek and her amazing team. Kudos to them! My only complaint is be careful with your UPS/FEDEX/USPS packages. There are thieves in the building. Someone stole my Amazon boxes twice, and one person opened up my package and decided the content was not worth stealing. The other complain is my neighbor below who accused us of throwing water to her balcony. This went on for almost six months!! When she realized that it was due to natural causes at the end, we made up and exchanged gifts to each other. The lesson is communicate when there is a problem and be a good neighbor. Finally, I really love the diverse people in the building. I am not talking about just skin color but religion affiliation and socio-economical background. Overall, the people at Bryn Mawr seem friendly, but some can get rowdy at times around the holidays (New Year, 4th of July, Memorial Day, etc.). This is expected because they want to have a good time; however, if you have two elderly parents in the apartment complex, they see it as "disturbing" having loud noises at 2am in the morning. Speaking of noises, some walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors having "intimate" moments at night. I am sad to move out of this place due to my two elderly folks at home. They will need to find a suitable place where they do not have to climb on top of the building. Every adventure must come to an end.

Just remember to update my review. The slumlord would try their best to charge everything in your deposit. They took 90% off my deposit without a proper explaination, just "filthy" this and that? The janitor came to my apt even said this was the cleanest apt he's ever seen. Oh and he's the nicest out of all of the staffs (who are rude and never care about their poor customer service, Eileen? is an excellent example) Also guess what, I left my car INSIDE the parking lot and was hit by a lady and she just vanished (a witness told me), that lady's probably a tenant too. When I asked to see the footage (they had a camera there in the backdoor where the parking lot is), they said the camera wasn't working. Okay so no help. Avoid this place! Find a better landlord to keep yourself away from hassle!
