Ambassador Apartments

Komron thanks for taking the time to tell other families who are looking for a new rental home about your experience. We have been upgrading all the bathrooms in the Ambassador Apartments as new residents move in. We decided to recently provide an optional upgrade to our kitchens and your residence was our first one. We did a lot of planning before we chose the cabinet style and manufacturer. The soft close drawers, the self-closing hinges the all wood interior with the new kitchen top and backsplash is truly more beautiful than I imagined. I love the way the kitchen came out, and I’m not alone, all of our staff and now our first resident agrees. We continue to invest in our communities common areas (with new security doors and windows, surveillance system, LED lighting in both the exterior and interior spaces, video intercoms, keyless entry system) and our apartments to make our communities stand out at the market leader they are. This year we were awarded and recognized by two national reviewing companies for our hard work. One national company announced that the Ambassador Apartments was the 137th out of 140,000 communities Nationally for customer satisfaction in all of the USA, and 3rd (just behind another of our communities) in all Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. The second national reviewing company reaffirmed the first award, and said that the Ambassador Apartments ranked in the top 10 communities nationally for customer satisfaction, and in December 2023 it was #1 nationally. These awards are great, we love being recognized, but the most important recognition comes from customers like yourself. Thanks for your review, enjoy the coming spring.

We all enjoyed hearing that you were excited about the preparation of your new home. We are very fussy about making sure the apartment is in tip top condition for our new residents. From the moment we receive keys from the former residents, to the point in time we present keys to our new residents, it’s analogous to a sprint in track. We figure out what materials are needed, and assignments are made. We work long days, often weekends when we need to prepare our apartments. It’s quite the challenge, tiring and yet very rewarding. You are moved in a great community with a great support staff. In the coming days, you will get meet many more men and women from our company. We all share a passion for what we do.
