Once again Corliss Jackson and staff came through for me. Thanks for having the carpet replaced. My apartment looks amazing!! The contractors were prompt and efficient. Not to mention they went above and beyond doing the install by moving all the furniture and putting it back in place. I’ve been hear for some years and I’m proud to call Tacony Crossing home. My central air conditioning has been down for 5 months now and still counting. No one cares! I've spoken to almost everyone that works here and they all keep saying they will fix it. I have a 5 month old baby and a 5 year old that lives with me. We are on the third floor where it gets the hottest. We have been through multiply heat waves this year. So if u want to know about this place this should help u with your decision. They don't care about ANYONE HERE! OH AND THAT'S JUST ONE OF MY ISSUES IN MY APARTMENT!

I live here. They don’t care. My ceiling has rotted from water damage, garbage broken and dishwasher. Save yourself the disappointment. Even if you pay they still won’t come.

The worst place you could ever live. There is no such thing as “maintenance” there. Mice.. really fat mice..roaches.. and they neverrr ever answer the phone. And The area is very ghetto. My window was broken 2 months ago and they still didn’t come out to fix it. And recently my apartment was flooded.
