The brand new apartments in the basement are nice, but there are cockroaches everywhere, no matter how clean you keep your place. There is also a terrible sound from the pipes in the winter that wakes you up at night. After many complaints, their solution was to put insolation fibers in the heating duct (probably not safe?) and it did not work anyway. Also, they refused to return my security deposit. My lease was written as "last month's rent: $0", but the total price for the apartment did not reflect this. BE CAREFUL! Read everything. They will screw you over however they can.

Terrible place to live. Mice, roaches, no heat, ignores maintenance requests even emergency maintenance requests. Property manager is rude and says she's not ignoring your " no heat" maintenance request yet never responds to your request. Instead she says there is nothing she can do and to call emergency number. Called emergency number 3 times one night for no heat when temp was 32 degrees. Never got a response. They gave me the place dirty but contract has a list of charges they will charge for leaving the place dirty once you vacate. Every fix they do here is southern rigged. When maintenance comes to fix something, they leave the place dirty.

Absolutely the WORST place in the world to live. Zero stars!!! Management changed halfway through my lease but the new management company is even worse if that is possible. I had a ceiling leak the ENTIRE time I've lived there every time it rains. I contact maintenance about it and every single time they give a half-hearted statement saying that they fixed it but it still leaks. There is a cockroach infestation as well that never goes away no matter how clean you keep it. Since the day I moved in they never put in screens in my windows like I asked, the common areas are also old and dirty and sometimes smell like urine. There's also no elevator which is difficult to move in and out of come moving time. It's also centrally controlled heat so it's either blistering hot or freezing cold and you have no control over it. Also your packages get stolen so many times you end up paying for a post office box. I'm trying to think of something positive to say, as I am not a person who goes on Google or Yelp and even writes reviews, especially not bad one's so you can imagine how terrible this place is. Hmm the location is nice next to Clark Park.
