        It's a nice and affordable building in a part of town close to a lot of great stuff. The property manager (Jess) is incredibly friendly, always accessible and responsive, and really cares about making sure the building is both secure and in good shape.

        Finding apartments in the city can be tough but Jessica made it super easy, answered all my questions and made the lease signing process simple. Cant wait to move in!

        Sent in a request for a tour last week, scheduled a tour for a few days later. That was Monday, and I got the keys Friday. Really so relieved and had a great agent/help from Jessica. Over these few days she answered every question I had with kindness and quickness, and was diligent to make sure things went as needed. Truly helped make everything fall into place. After a stressful last few months Im really happy I now get to live here & finally relax. Barely needed to clean the apartment upon move in. Thank you!!
