Paseo Verde South Apartments

Ive been living here since the beginning of operations. We had 2 management companies within that time frame. I could never compare this new company Rose Community Management to the last management company bc Rose Community Management has been the worst company to have ever took over this property. Building has went completely downhill, Hallways, laundry room, floors, carpeting etc all just dirty. Ppl come inside to wash their laundry and , are not even tenants of the property. I guess thats how the laundry room became infected with bedbugs. Management didnt even call to have the room exterminated. You are guaranteed to catch a contact from the marijuana smell while on the elevator or walking through the hallways. Oh and dont forget to carry a flashlight when using the stairs because its been completely dark for a year. I dont know how maintenance worker miss that as much as they use the stairs.. smh. Live here at your own risk because management is just here for their paycheck and nothing else involving residential or maintenance. Property Owners: Dont reply saying reach out to our office either because we all know no one will answer the phone or hear any of our complaints.

I've been residing here since it's opening. Everything has been pretty much good for me and my unit. I just have issue and that's the parking garage. I feel that it is unfair that I have to pay price for parking when tenants who do not pay get to enter for free, park over night and sit all weekend when the employees are not on site. Since nothing can be done to disable their access to the garage only, why can't my full paying access be discounted?!

I have been here since the opening of Paseo Verde and for the most part my experiences have been good. There have been many changes in the leasing office as well as in the maintenance of the building as far as staff is concerned. The people in the leasing office are kind and friendly and very helpful. As to maintenance it takes weeks before a request is satisfied due to it being only 1 or 2 people doing the job for 2 buildings. Also the carts in the laundry room are never there when you need them because people take groceries to their apartment in them and don't return them. The other management never allowed this to happend and residents were warned about this. Also, laundry being left in the machines overnight by the same people. Many times I go down to wash early in the morning and the dryer's are always full of clothes left from the night before. Also, better screening of the people you let live here. Also, the dryer's in the laundry room for a long time only 2 of them fully dried your clothes. One never worked well from day one. So, new washer and dryers are needed.
