2 elevators have been out for close to a year.
At one point, there were no elevators and I had to walk up 13 floors to my apartment for several days.
The gym has been moved from a decent situation to a veritable dungeon in the basement.
I have been charged a fine every month for not having renter's insurance despite the fact that I DO have renter's insurance and have sent several emails proving this.
The building manager NEVER responds to emails of any kind.
For a period of several months there was no 24 hour coverage for the front desk.
Place has been AWFUL for about 3 years now. I am strongly considering moving.
There have been a handful of power outages that went on for over 10 hours.

This apartment building is centrally located in Center City and very conveniently located near many shops and grocery stores. Very importantly, we are very happy to be living here. Leah, the general manager, is always very professional and understanding. Marion is always very welcoming and helpful. This apartment and the amenities are very well organized. The apartment is also very clean - the maintenance crew always clean the corridors and elevators. James and Mira and the staff at the front entrance are also wonderful. We’re just very delighted that we’ve made the right decision to live here!

The staff is amazing, love the new lounge area, apartments are beautiful and spacious. Would recommend to all of my family and friends!
