Canterbury Court Apartments

First leasing building is not open Monday through Friday which is the business center, second there are no bikes as listed, 24 hour emergency maintenance does not exist, the bbq area in picture is fake, they built the small grills outside my bedroom window where my 2 year old has to smell charcoal in her room, dog park is disgusting, they dont sign for your packages office is always closed, laundry care center is run down washers you pay for in a boiler room. Been here 7 years god knows how many leasing agents I saw come and go. Price goes up every year. Hall smells of weed.

I went to the office at 4:15. As I approached the door. The staff locked it. This is bad business I went to the office to rent an apartment, the staff doesn't answer the phone or return calls.

Sue is extremely helpful! She responded quickly and helped me get into a place quicker than expected! She is super friendly, and out-going. She made the process so simple. Im really happy I got to work with her during my move!

Waiting to hear if we get the apartment we want. But regardless, I have to say that Sue from the leasing office was very helpful and professional. A super nice person, didn't rush us through anything and answered all my questions. She was great!
