        First let me say the staff, meaning the Property Manager was helpful as she could have been. However, she reports the problems but clearly doesn''t make the final decisions. We llived there for 6 months. For 6 months we waited for them to fix a major problem. I reported the problem over and over again. It was disgusting. Water from somewhere was continuously backing up into my kitchen sink. Suggestions: If you see a problem make sure they fix it before you sign the agreement, don't take their word and please don't rent apt # 101.
