This place is horrible the I intercom to buzz people in never worked. The front you can jystvwalk.in off the street. Management doesnt. I had to get L& I out there for my mother because she's a senior. I wish she would just move the live in maintenance him is a joke and it's 2 washung machines in the ebrure building and always broke.

Poor service, respond slowly when you have an issue. Had water leaks and ignored calls until threats of license and inspections are called. But they are quick to threaten if rent is late . Do not move here !!

Disgusting place! Please Dont waste your money here . Infested with mice, roaches and bed bugs! They have black duck tape on the front door entrance knob so it wont lock and for the public to lounge in the halls.(unsafe) Nothing but drug addicts here. Always smells like weed. Hallways are always dirty and trash all over floor. Mildew and mold in bath tub. This Place needs to be shut down!!!! Nothing is new. Its not worth your money. And maintenance man is NEVER available and hardly speaks English. Terrible place. Run away. And find something worth your hard earn money.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS PLACE. THIS IS A SCAM THEY SCAM PEOPLE BE WEAR THE PROPERTY MANAGER BEN ONLY TAKES THE APPLICATION FEE THEN TELL YOU YOUR NOT APPROVED AND WONT GIVE NO REASON. When everything you needed to get the apartment I had. I made 4x times the rent I have an excellent credit score. Excellent employment history same job since 2017. Nothing added up he stop answering calls and finally 5 days later he sent a text saying sorry not approved. So unprofessional. He told me I am not allowed to know where the office is located I cant talk to no one else but him. Told me to send in so much personal information that they did not need all to tell me Im am not approved. I will be filing a police report and doing everything I need to get more information about this complex.
