Upon inspection of an apartment after a resident moves out charges are assessed and determined by the result of this inspection and appear in each resident’s final account statement. Hello Cliff, thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. Our recent water and electric shut offs were not planned and emails were sent to all residents as soon as we had accurate information. We never want to inconvenience our residents but there will be times where circumstances are out of management control. This was the case in both of the water and electric shut offs. A main water pipe servicing the North and East towers developed a leak that needed to be immediately repaired. All we could do is get updates on the estimated time that the repair was completed and the water restored. Update emails were sent to all residents. Then on 3/11/24 there was a PECO power outage that affected all four of our towers. We sent emails to all of our residents. Repairs were completed at 1:30 am and we then contacted our electrician to switch all of our buildings over to the new electrical line. With this all happening overnight we had a delay in getting crews in place. All was restored by 5:00 am. Our brief outage on 3/20/24 was related to this.I hope this answers any questions you had about these outages. Please keep in mind we have a concierge on site 24/7 for updates if residents call our front desk. It is our loyal residents that help us grow and become a better community.
