Korman Residential at The Pepper Building

1.high rents considering the location . You can find apartments much closer to ritten house for these rents 2. Slow elevators , very slow 3. They will purposefully lie about parking situation . You wont get parking for a year in building and surrounding private garages are full too .I pay 400 for parking and park half a mile away 5. No garbage disposal in kitchen sink , get ready to use your hand if you cook 6. Old minimal equipment in gym . No towels or even wipes in gym . For what they are charging in rents they should atleast have wipes . 7. Centrally controlled ac ..heats and cools to odd temperature that may not suit all tenants Unless you work in the nearby hospital ,look else where . You can find better apartment with movein special , pool for less . 1500 locust is one of them but there are several 8. Extremely arrogant management. They forget my rent pays their salary .you will see their true colors only after you movein . They turn especially nasty when you are moving out . Stay away from this building ..

what a great location! singularly, the only negative is the attendant Rick. Discriminatory, rude and often combative, we dread when he works. Otherwise, no complaints.

This building is very well-run with responsive and proactive management. The community is also pleasant, full of nice people who follow the rules. It's also a great neighborhood, with easy access to interesting shops. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Toured with Dylan today. He's an absolute all star. Went above and beyond to ensure we had all of our questions answered and showed us all he could in the building. Will keep the Pepper Building in mind when moving to Philly.
