Fairview Apartments

Easily the worst apartment complex in ALL of Philadelphia. I'm warning you a STRONG warning in advance: please do not rent here. If you still choose to rent a unit here anyway, hey don't say I didn't warn you in advance. I rented this apartment for a year and regretted it every single day. There were some nice people in the maintenance department, but the management was predatory. They did whatever it took to get your foot in the door, but did not care at all about you or your well being. My apartment had water leaks persistently for a year... and it was so bad that I was living in fear that my roof would collapse. For a good 4 months, I had no working refrigerator. Please do not rent here... the management is unethical, predatory and want your money, but give you 0 service in return. I usually don't write reviews, but I'm doing it to save others from the HELL I experienced for the past year when I lived at Fairview Arms, which is managed by Montium Properties.

This place stinks the elevator always shutting down since its a old elevator that they did cosmetics on the door and inside there's no security. In the winter no heat the laundry room the machine does not work the place leaks it's a dump.

One of the worst properties in Philadelphia. It is more like a zoo than an apartment as there are more number of creatures like rats, bedbugs and cockroaches than humans. No proper security, no facilities for washing as the washers are always damaged. It is like living in the worst conditions ever.
