I've been calling for 3 months trying to get SOMEONE to answer the phone so I can rent a unit here. I fell in love with the floor plans online, but I can't get anyone to return a phone call. The door code for the leasing office doesn't even work.

The owner of this building (Barzilay Development) has clearly checked out. Broken elevator (for the past 1.5 years), broken washer and dryer machines (have to use a laundromat around the corner), high management turnover, no investment into the property whatsoever. On other websites, the property claims to have air conditioning on other websites, this is a lie and the hallways and apartments will exceed 80 degrees on hot nights. The staff are nice and willing to help in anyway they can, but it's obvious that their resources are limited by ownership.
