Dr Teresa B Malec has the worst bedside manner Ive ever experienced. Shes rude, aggressive, and she pretends she doesnt know anything (which may be the truth). Shes rude to children, elders, everyone. Ive never heard a single positive thing come from this lady. Fire her, revoke her licenses, do something. Ill never go to conemaugh again just to bless my life with never seeing her face again.

Went up tonight to get a urinalysis to check for UTI. Got there right around 7:30 went inside stood at the front waiting for the receptionist to come. She comes out at 7:33 tells me they stop registration at 7:30 and to come back tomorrow at 8 am. Why advertise that youre open 8a-8p??? It would of taken 10 mins to be seen and run a U/A.

Called multiple times for them to send a necessary prescription to a pharmacy and they never did. Usually better to just go to the ER for better care.

I went in there the other day because I needed eye drops for pink eye. The doctor barely even looked at me, I could tell she wasn't listening and was in a hurry even though they were not busy. She says she's sending eye drops and an antibiotic for strep throat. I go and pick it up and find out she sent ear drops instead! So I call them and tell them and the lady on the phone laughed and said I'll tell her and we'll get them sent over. Because it was so late at this point I asked for them to be sent to a different pharmacy thats closer to me and she said okay. Well they ended up at the wrong pharmacy. So now it's been 3 days I haven't been able to use the eye drops because of her mess up. I definitely am not going back.

The doctor today. Came to the reception table after I guess listening. And told me he can not give me an antibiotic or will not. Cause he don't want to. What kind of doctors are around here. Obv. Ones that are narssacit. Horrible experience. Go to icare. They do care
