this place is garbage, receptionist will have you sitting there forever even though youre the only person in there while they chit chat and play around just to tell you that you have to go somewhere else because you have a outstanding bill from 2019 that doesnt even belong to you. i was seen multiple times by a doctor there and never once did they deny me of care until yesterday. The receptionist was rude to me and told me im not making any sense as i suffer with dyslexia, depression and anxiety.

The sign outside of their building says they handle fractures, I even called ahead and asked if they handled fractures, they said yes. I came in and got an X-ray and sure enough I had a fracture. Then they told me I had to go to the emergency department because they dont actually do anything for fractures. Charged me $125 to tell me what I already knew and then tell me they dont actually do anything for it. What. A. Scam.

Absolutely too notch. Took my 94 year old mother to the ICare on menoher blvd and could not have been treated any better. The PA was very kind and also very thorough with my mom, explaining everything so she could understand and she was so happy to get such good care. The staff was also very attentive to my mom.
We highly recommend this ICare !!!
